The Sodir Discus 110 Volt Professional Crepe Maker has one 3/8" thick, finely polished cast-iron plate, which retains heat longer. The surface is enamel coated over stone blast cast-iron which also enhances heat distribution. This surface eliminates the need to seasoning and discarding the first few crepes.
